I’m Julian, a Berlin-based freelance food stylist, recipe developer and culinary consultant. I also own and operate my own catering and event company, Ada’s Deli.

I’ve styled and developed recipes for a range of clients and projects, from restaurants, recipe platforms, cookbooks and ghost kitchens, to consumer brands like Nutella and Philadelphia Cream Cheese. As a culinary consultant, I’ve worked on a variety of topics and have helped set up menus and concepts for restaurants, establish the foundational structure of recipe platforms from beginning to end, and more.
